Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate care so that residents can thrive in our home. We are committed to companionship and safety. The home is owned by an Engineer-Builder with 10 years of experience and operated by a Certified Nursing Assistant with 24 years of direct patient care experience.
EATING - A weekly schedule for home-cooked meals with alternative options will be provided. Individual diet and nutritional preferences are considered. Reminders to full feeding will be available. Eating assistance and guidance will be provided.
TOILETING - From cueing and monitoring to full assist. A standard toilet with two adjustable grab bars on both sides are installed.
WALKING - From cueing and monitoring to full assist. Walking outside is always encouraged and will be accompanied.
TRANSFERRING - We assist with bed, chair, and wheelchair lifts, and getting in and out of vehicles for transport. A Hoyer will be available to the Residents needing it. Assistance from cueing and monitoring to full physical transfers.
POSITIONING - This can be done as required and needed.
PERSONAL HYGIENE - Full assistance available. Personal items, such as dentures and hearing aids are cleaned as needed.
DRESSING - From cueing and monitoring to full assist. If possible, Residents can make their own decisions on daily wear.
BATHING - Bed Baths or full showers are available. Cueing and monitoring to full assist. A walk-in shower is available and is wheelchair accessible.
We administer medication per doctor's order and nurse delegation. Each Resident’s needs are reviewed and approved through the Nurse delegation RN.
Skilled nursing is provided through a nurse delegation contract—the ability to delegate nursing tasks as needed within a reasonable time.

The Resident Manager lives in the home. Certified Nursing Assistants and Caregivers are available 24 hours and 7 days a week. A call button is available in each Resident’s room.
Our home serves meals that accommodate cultural and ethnic backgrounds and provide informational materials in a language understood by Residents. We are fluent in English and Tagalog and understand some Spanish, and will work with Residents to communicate effectively.
Our home will accommodate Medicaid payments with notice of changes.
